To report suspected child abuse, please contact both Child Protective Services (CPS) AND Law Enforcement. They will assess the information you provide to determine the severity of the case and whether it will be a joint investigation by both agencies.

- Name, birthdate, and address of child.
- Name, address, and phone number of the child’s parent or guardian.
- The nature and extent of the abuse or neglect.
- Any evidence of previous incidents.
- Identity of the perpetrator
- Any other information which may be helpful to establish the cause of the child’s abuse or neglect.
